How it works

It’s a 3-stage process

THE PRE-CONSULTATION STAGE
  • You will fill the ‘Knowing you Better’ sheet which we will email you  to help us figure out your existing eating time, pattern and workout routine if any. What are your expectations from the program and health issues which you need to let us know and parameters which are important to you

  • We set up appointments  for the duration of the program based on your time and day preferences based on the availability.

  • We will  email   easy guidelines to implement before your first appointment is shared.

CONSULTATION STAGE
  • Your first appointment is appox for 1 hour  where we work together on creating an eating pattern that is sustainable and will suit your culture .

  • Weekly interactions to review and alter your meal and exercise plans as an when required.

  • Facetime / Whatsapp video and chat support throughout for all of your queries.

  • If you got work travel, holiday, wedding, festivals, etc. We plan Special meal accordingly.

POST-CONSULTATION STAGE
  • We maintain a lifelong relation with you and provide query support anytime you need.

  • A post- consultation document summarizing all practical guidelines for most of the situations you might face moving forward.
